Derrell Jackson (Past Speaker)

Derrell is the Director of Herman Miller Education. He joined the team in 2009 as a Strategic Education Consultant managing the Learning Spaces Research Program which assists educational institutions in informing the design of their future learning environments. Derrell has consulted more than 25 higher education and secondary education institutions in the United States and Canada. As director, his responsibilities include managing Herman Miller Education’s sales, marketing and research teams which the aim to empower people and place to transform education.

Derrell received his bachelor’s degree in Communications and Spanish from CalvinCollege and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
